Low-cut, lace up men's shoe perfect for both weekend and work wear. Made in South Africa designed with barefoot principles - zero-drop sole, 7mm TPR sole and wide toe box, made from full-grain chestnut brown leather. Comfortable, functional and stylish.
Like any leather footwear, the shoes require some wearing time to soften completely, especially around the fitted ankle area. Comfort level improves with use enhancing that ''barefoot feel''.
Natural variations/markings may occur across the leather hide. Our first Traversa range is a rich chestnut brown colour with dark brown laces. Although the images may depict colour differences the product photos with the white background displays the accurate leather upper colour.

Absolutely love the quality and meticulous finishing of my Traversa shoes, I’m going to have to buy two more pairs and rotate them on a shift basis because I love them so much.
My husband is so impressed by the fit of this shoe. Much thought has gone into this shoe, wider toe area (amazing) his toes are no longer cramped together and the sole is very comfortable.
The shape and construction of these shoes is first class, with leather lining around the ankle, and a near barefoot sole that is still a little more padded than the Vivobarefoot shoes I also wear, but still thin enough with neutral heel - and for me that's a good thing. Excellent value given that the nearest alternatives are up to double the price. I've got a long big toe and the sizing ordered online is bang on my size but with a much better natural foot shape fit and sensible toe box (some barefoot style shoes take me down a size, this one doesn't - that's not a negative or positive).
Now please make a version with the exact same look and design, but in a boot version, with slightly thicker top grain hide on the toe box, and a darker brown leather please so I can have a couple of options and buy them all.
I got a pair of Traversa shoes about 3 weeks ago and haven't taken them off. They look amazing and are ultra comfortable. Because my foot is quite broad I have always had to take a few sizes up to get a comfortable fit, because of the Traversa's unique design I am able to take the correct size for my foot for the first time ever.
Really loving these and I've been wearing them every day since i got them about a week ago! Initially a bit of confusion regarding the size I need, but the team were super helpful.
